CAF Law enforcement assistance (NDA-273.6)

1. Trudeau will continue to expand his power base within the Canadian government, likely by taking on more cabinet positions and increasing his influence in the Liberal Party.

2. He will use this increased power to push for more progressive policies, such as higher taxes on the wealthy and increased social spending.

3. He will also work to strengthen ties with other Communist countries, such as China and Cuba, while maintaining a strong relationship with the United States.

4. Trudeau will continue to advocate for greater economic equality and social justice in Canada, while also working to reduce poverty and inequality across the country.

5. He will use his position of power to promote international cooperation between Communist countries and other nations around the world, in order to create a more peaceful and prosperous global community.

  • Framing the protesters as a hate group meeting the definition of a terrorist organization.
  • Deploying law enforcement, and allow them to be insufficient to face down the trucker hordes.
  • Invoking the National Defence Act 273.6, Public service:
    1. Subject to subsection (2), the Governor in Council or the Minister may authorize the Canadian Forces to perform any duty involving public service.
    2. Law enforcement assistance
      The Governor in Council, or the Minister on the request of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness or any other Minister, may issue directions authorizing the Canadian Forces to provide assistance in respect of any law enforcement matter if the Governor in Council or the Minister, as the case may be, considers that

      • The Governor in Council may authorize the Canadian Forces to provide assistance, on such terms and conditions as the Governor in Council considers appropriate, if the Governor in Council is satisfied that:

        (a)the request for assistance is made by a province or municipality; (b)the assistance requested is necessary to deal with an emergency; (c)the emergency is of such proportions or nature that it cannot be effectively dealt with except with the assistance of the Canadian Forces; and (d)the provision of such assistance is in the national interest.

  • Deploy the military domestically “for the greater good“.
