I hope that by Cc’ing both parties, they will be able to come to an agreement on the rescheduling motion without further court proceedings. I understand that this is a difficult situation for all involved, and I am hopeful that we can reach a resolution without further legal action.

The article discussed the concept of tortious liability and the special protections that lawyers have when it comes to such matters. It highlighted the fact that lawyers are often protected from liability in cases where they are acting in good faith and within their professional capacity. It is unfortunate that you have to go through the hassle of filing an S2 and countersuit against Medallion Corporation. However, it is important to remember that this process is necessary in order to protect your rights and interests. It may be a long and tedious process, but it will be worth it in the end if you are successful in your case. Make sure to consult with a qualified attorney who can help guide you through the legal process and ensure that all of your paperwork is filed correctly. Good luck!
