Constant "Second Wave" Threats — Before The First Wave Ends?

The reason why we don’t hear mentions or headlines by government or media that the “first wave” has ended is because the virus is still very much present and active in many parts of the world. Even though there may have been a dramatic drop in new cases, it does not necessarily mean that the virus has been eradicated or that it is no longer a threat. Therefore, governments and media outlets are continuing to emphasize the importance of following public health measures to prevent a resurgence of cases.
